Carolyn Baylor

Carolyn Baylor is an associate professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington, where she also serves as vice chair for academic programs and co-director of the PhD program in rehabilitation science. She holds an adjunct associate professor position in the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences at the University of Washington. Her research program includes qualitative and quantitative work related to communicative participation and treatment outcomes for adults with acquired communication disorders. She focuses on participation-related outcomes measurement and participation-based intervention, primarily for adults with motor speech and voice disorders.
